hunting season that is! These were taken last year but I thought about them this morning when I woke up and my husband was gone... hunting.

Reese

I just loved the chubby little cheeks on this guy. He wasn't quite sure what to think of me and my bucket and gave me such serious looks. I love this age and Mr. Reese was a joy to photograph.

Tommy

One of my all time favorite subjects is back again for his 6-month portraits. I have not seen him since our last session when Tommy was just a newborn and look at him now! I just had to use the bowl because Tommy was the first baby I used this prop on and now I just love seeing him sitting up so proud.

Joyful

Friday's session was one of pure joy for me. Not only did I have the opportunity to photograph adorable children I was also blessed with the opportunity to reunite with a family friend. It's amazing to know someone as a child, grow up with them and their family, go through life's ups and downs and then one day... meet again to capture a beautiful family and the innocence of childhood all over again. The circle of life never stops and I am so grateful when I am given the chance to reconnect with my personal childhood again.

Oh, what fun I had with these three. Those bib overalls with no shirts and the addition of the Radio Flyer make these images reflect the true innocence of childhood and makes me miss being a kid again. What a wonderful session and sweet family.
